2. Service Description

Gate Access Manager provides a phone-based gate access control system that allows:

  • Subscription-based access to gate control systems
  • Management of permanent and temporary access numbers
  • Call logging and access tracking

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share access with unauthorized users
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Subscription and Payments

Our service operates on a subscription basis:

  • Annual subscription fee of €100
  • Additional charges for temporary access (€2 per number for 8 days)
  • Service provider numbers (€10 one-time fee per number)
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with advance notice
  • Service may be affected by factors beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

Gate Access Manager shall not be liable for:

  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Service interruptions
  • Damages arising from service use or inability to use the service
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate service for violation of these terms
  • Suspend access for non-payment
  • Modify or discontinue the service with notice
